This is data and code for the paper: "Estimating the critical level of CO_2 causing a collapse of the Atlantic Meridional Overturning Circulation". The following files are included: README.md AMOCpCode.html File containing R code, explanations and figures from the paper. AMOCpCode.Rmd R Mark down file that produces the AMOCpCode.html file. The file needs access to the files below. Datasets: sst_fingerprints.csv salinity_fingerprints.csv jackson_wood_fingerprints.csv co2.csv CO2ssp_scenarios.csv hadsst4_sst_fingerprint_means.csv hadsst4_sst_fingerprint_stds.csv Stored files with results from analysis (can also be created by running AMOCpCode.Rmd after changing eval = FALSE to eval = TRUE in the R-chunks, where the files below are produced) AMOCestimates.Rdata simulations.Rdata
